Please note that if you want to order balloons for delivery in Sacramento, placing your online orders one weekday in advance is advisable. However, if you need same-day delivery, you can call or text 916-439-7257.

Our store is open Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and on Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

We can deliver balloon decor earlier and later upon request (call or text 916-439-7257).

Please remember that all deliveries have a 3-hour window, and bouquet deliveries are only made between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

We don't anonymously deliver balloons, and we don't deliver balloons to students directly to their classrooms at schools (we only deliver to the office). For students in college dorms, we only deliver to the office.

We don't deliver to hotel rooms, only to the front desk.

We do not deliver to individual apartments, only the apartment offices.

If you are making a residential delivery and the recipient is away, we will try to contact you. We will wait 5 minutes for your response, and if we feel it is safe to leave the balloons, we will; otherwise, we will bring them back to the store for you to pick up. Please note that an additional delivery charge will apply to complete the delivery at a later time. Undeliverable orders will NOT be refunded.

Deliveries to secured buildings need to be met at the security entrance.

Finally, please be aware that hospital deliveries require ALL MYLAR arrangements only. Latex balloons are not accepted due to allergies.
