Orders can be shipped by air if requested. Overruns/Underruns Latex orders are subject to 5% and microfoil orders are subject to 10% and will be invoiced accordingly. Trademark Usage All copy or other material submitted for use in producing the items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. Art Storing/Repeat Orders Artwork is not returned. Artwork remains on file for remainder of the current year plus two more years. Art Requirements Electronic Artwork The files must be line art/vector images. Files must be Adobe Illustrator 5.5 or higher or EPS files. Fonts must be converted to curves or paths. A paper copy of the imprint must accompany the order to avoid a $7.50 paper proof charge. Upload artwork easily at ContinentalSales.net/upload.php Camera-Ready Artwork Artwork should be at least 7" x 7", at least 300 dpi and black art only. Faxes are not acceptable. No grayscale, halftone, or screened art. Art Charge Electronic art provided in any other format will be fixed if possible, but will be subject to an art charge of $30. Straight-Line Copy A maximum of four lines of copy and 15 letter per line are recommended. Limit two typestyles per imprint. Sizes of characters must be the same. Maximum Art Size Balloons are inflated when printed. Height determines width and width determines height of imprint size.
